아이들이 북클럽에서 선생님의 노래에 맞춰 몸을 살랑살랑 움직이는 모습을 보면, 정말 사랑스럽고 귀여운 순간들이 펼쳐집니다. 그런 모습 하나하나가 아이들의 순수한 즐거움과 호기심을 잘 보여줍니다.

우리는 아이들과 함께 책을 읽으며, 그들이 느끼는 대로 자유롭게 이야기할 수 있도록 지도하고 있습니다. 아직은 아이들이 어려 혼자 책을 읽기엔 이르지만, 머지않아 그들 스스로 책장을 넘기며 새로운 세계로 나아갈 날이 올 것입니다.

책을 읽는다는 것은 단순히 문자를 따라가는 것이 아닙니다. 글자를 하나하나 읽어나가며 머릿속에서 이미지를 떠올리고, 새로운 세상을 상상하는 과정입니다. 이 얼마나 경이롭고도 신비로운 일인가요?

우리의 두뇌는 상상하고, 추측하며, 분석하는 능력을 넘어 그 이상의 무한한 가능성을 품고 있습니다. 이 놀라운 과정을 아이들이 경험하고 즐길 수 있도록 돕는 것, 그것이 바로 우리가 해야 할 가장 소중한 역할이라고 믿습니다.

Watching the children in the book club gently move their bodies to the teacher’s singing is truly heartwarming and adorable. Each moment beautifully reflects their pure joy and curiosity.

We guide the children to read books together and freely share their thoughts and feelings as they arise. Though they are still young and not yet ready to read on their own, the day will soon come when they’ll turn the pages by themselves and step into new worlds.

Reading a book is not just about following letters on a page. It’s about bringing those words to life, creating vivid images in their minds, and imagining new possibilities. Isn’t that a truly wondrous and magical process?

Our brains hold limitless potential—far beyond our ability to imagine, guess, or analyze. Helping children experience and enjoy this incredible process is, I believe, one of our most important roles.

As the saying goes, “The more you know, the more you see.” Books remain the greatest vessels for passing down humanity’s vast knowledge and cultural heritage.

I hope to nurture a love for books in every child, guiding them warmly so they can discover the wonders and beauty of the world through reading.
